Shipping
Standard tracked shipping within the European Union.
Worldwide tracked shipping. Times vary by destination and customs.
Free standard shipping on EU orders over €80.
All orders are dispatched from Riga, Latvia within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been collected.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Returns &
Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags still attached.
To initiate a return, email us at ms.signeslavinska@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all costs and sincerely apologise for the ritual gone wrong.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ms.signeslavinska@gmail.com. Include your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is our promise.
