Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using infernalabyss.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.
Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payment
We accept payment via credit and debit card (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Shipping
We ship from Riga, Latvia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns policy.

Limitation of Liability
Infernal Abyss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
